How do I return an item I bought at the online store ?

 

It has 30 days after your purchase to return an item your authorized dealer for this purpose.

For this it is only necessary to address the chosen store and deliver the items to return, and the invoice .

You can also choose to proceed to issue by Standard Mail .

To make a request for return of a parcel online hereby, shall:

- Log into your account;

- Go to the "MY ORDERS";

- Click "Returns" and on the "Return";

- Finally, click "Return the selected items".

 After this procedure should print their return receipt and proceed to send by carrier/Post Office.

Articles should be in perfect condition, with the original tags and delivered with the original purchase receipt.

 

I have some cost to return my article?

The cost of shipping always charged to the customer.

If the returned package does not contain this information, reimbursement of shipping costs can not be considered.

 

When and how will I receive my refund?

In case you decide to return items at one of our authorized stores, the credit is repaid in cash at the precise time of return.

If the return is made via carrier or post office, the refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items and their assessment by the Quality Department in the same payment method used when purchasing .
